Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Merry Ride projector. If you're not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Shipping Protection, Process Your Order First and Tip Jar charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
